1) Where is your factory located? How can I visit Jiangmen?
Our factory is located in Wenzhou City which is 2.5 hours driving from Ningbo.
2) Can you do OEM?
Yes, we can do OEM products.
3) How can I get some samples? And How long to get samples?
We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay triple of unit price and the courier cost, the sample fee is refundable after receiving order. We can make samples according to your design.
Normally, it take 10~15 days to arrange samples.
4) How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end;
1) All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;
2) Skillful workers care every detail in handing the stamping, printing, stitching, packing process;
3) Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
5) How can I finish the payment?
We accept TT, LC at sight. And normally, 30% deposit in advance and balance against BL copy.
6) What is the term?
Normally, we do FOB NINGBO. But we can do FOB SHANGHAI/GUANGZHOU, CIF, CNF as well.
7) How long is the delivery time ?
Our delivery time is around 45~55 days.
