Our company provides free samples for all customers.
2. What is the MOQ?
Our normal MOQ is 100pcs; but for OEM order is 1000pcs.
3. Can we have our logo printed on the electric kettle?
Certainly, we provide OEM service which include logo printing.
4. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are manufacturer in WENZHOU city.
5. Shall we pay extra cost for OEM service?
The OEM service is totally free of charge.
6. I'd like to know your payment terms?
Basically, the payment way is T/T or L/C. Other payment term can be negotiable.
7. How about the delivery time?
1~3 days for samples, 15~35 days for mass productions.
8. How about the warranty?
The warranty time is 1~3 years, according to customized quality standard.
